Hi, my name is Amanda and this is my website.

I am a librarian, UX designer, type enthusiast, design fiend, web head, camera hog, tea drinker, reader, and lover of white walls, laughter, wet grass, words, daylight, ideas, linen, yarn, cheese, grey, music, and spring.

This isn’t the first blog I’ve started and it probably won’t be the last. I’ve been blogging intermittently since 2002 at a variety of domains, and in 2011, I decided to bring my personal and professional blogs together (after thinking about doing so for many years) and e.tches.ca was born. I’m being realistic this time and aiming for infrequent posts. We all need goals.
